Built for engineers working inside Aramco server rooms. Technicians point their camera at a QR sticker on any part, and the app pulls up the matching section of the manual and plays a step-by-step AR animation over the actual hardware: how to remove it, reseat it, or repair it. If they get stuck, one tap opens a voice-and-video call with a remote expert. Two apps share the same backend: one for the technician on the floor, one for the expert taking calls, so a small team of specialists can cover multiple sites without ever leaving HQ.
